Our prints take 3-7 business days to arrive. Once a shipping label has been created for your order, you will receive a tracking number by email.

We ship to most countries except for Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

Congratulations on your new print! We recommend you carefully open the shipping box and slowly unroll your print. It’s best to place books or any other flat heavy items on your unrolled print for 24 hours so that you can easily frame your print.

All giclee prints are printed on high-quality matte paper. Colors are vibrant and true to the original art.

We use Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink. This ink is also GREENGUARD Gold certified which means it emits lower levels of carbon-based chemicals.

All prints are carefully rolled with tissue paper and shipped in a recycled triangular shipping tube to ensure that it gets to your home safely and in perfect condition.

All prints are made to order and are final sale.

We put a whole lot of care into making our giclee prints and recommend that you take all the time you need to decide which one will be perfect for you.

We definitely don’t want you to receive a damaged print, but sometimes, things happen :(

If your print arrives damaged, send us a photo of the damaged goods to [info@amandamocci.com](mailto:info@amandamocci.com). We will then guide you on how to properly return your package so we can ship you a new one. It’s very important that any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received.
