What services do you offer?

In short, we specialize in creating bespoke brand identities, including logo design, brand strategy, packaging design, website design, and ongoing design support through our design retainers. If we work together, what would the process be like?

Our goal has always been to create a seamless and transparent experience for our clients. Here’s a step-by-step guide to our process, from our initial meeting to the final hand-off.

  • Our journey begins with a casual chat where we get to know each other. This is your opportunity to tell us about your business, your vision for the future, and why now is a good time to invest in your brand. We'll discuss your goals, any concerns, and how we can best support your journey. During our conversation, we’ll also provide an estimated price range and project timeline. If everything aligns with your expectations, we’ll prepare and send you a detailed proposal.

  • The proposal outlines the project schedule, deliverables, and fixed-fee pricing options tailored to your needs. This is also the stage where you can adjust the scope of work to fit your budget or add any additional design elements you might need. Once you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll send the first invoice, typically for 50% of the total investment, as well as the design contract to get started. The remainder is due upon project completion before we deliver the final files.

  • Our first phase is all about understanding your brand deeply. We’ll explore your brand’s roots, its target market, positioning, the competitors, and unique differentiators. We ask key questions to start things on the right track. By understanding your company’s vision, we ensure that our design aligns perfectly with your long-term goals. We also draw inspiration from best-practice brands across various industries to focus our creative direction.

  • In this phase, we develop a comprehensive strategy based on our research findings. This strategy lays out how the individual elements of your brand identity will work together and evolve over time. We create moodboards to explore different identity directions, using imagery and design elements to inspire our creative work. This helps us align on the right visuals, colors, and typography that fit your business objectives and market context.

  • With the strategy in place, we dive into the design phase. Over the next few weeks, we craft a detailed design presentation for your review. Typically, we present one or two refined ideas, ensuring each design is practical and ready for real-world application.

    Our presentations also include mock-ups that demonstrate how the logo and visual identity will function in various scenarios, such as websites, social media, packaging, and anything else that would be relevant for your brand. We like to let things sink in a bit, so we recommend taking a couple of days to look over the presentation. Your feedback is crucial to ensure our designs meet your expectations and align with the initial strategy.

  • We ensure that the implementation of your new brand identity is as smooth and efficient as possible. All of the branding assets that were included in your package are neatly organized in folders and sent to you after the final payment has been settled. If you have a team that will be working with the new brand identity, we will schedule a call so that we can walk them through the Brand Style Guide to ensure a smooth implementation. Even after the project is complete, we’re here to help. Whether you need guidance on implementing your new designs or assistance with future brand elements, we encourage you to reach out.


What are your rates for brand identity?

We offer various branding packages that vary in price depending on your needs. We like to set up a discovery call with you to find out some specifics that will help us come up with an estimate for the project. If it's not possible to get on a call, you can fill out the project inquiry form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How long does a typical branding project take?

The duration of a branding project can vary depending on the scope and complexity. A project can take anywhere between 1 to 6 months depending on the complexity and deliverables agreed upon. We will provide a detailed timeline in the proposal to ensure clarity and alignment on deadlines.


Can you help with creating assets for a brand that you didn’t execute?

What if we need additional design work after the project is completed?
